You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information when submitting a request. Providing false information may result in your request being declined by participating lenders and may have legal consequences.
We do not guarantee that any lender will contact you, extend an offer, or approve any loan amount, rate, or term. Any offer you receive is made solely by the matched lender and is subject to that lender's own underwriting criteria.
Our matching service is free to use. We never charge you to submit or review a request. We may receive compensation from lenders and lending networks when we successfully match a request.
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to PureCashLoan.com and may not be copied or reused without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PureCashLoan.com is not liable for any decision made by a participating lender, or for any damages arising from your use of this Site or any loan offer you accept.
We may revise these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
